Massive cutting capacity and battery innovation combine to produce the 18Vx2 Brushless 230mm Powercut. It's powered by two 18V Lithium-Ion batteries for powerful performance, and has an electronically-controlled Brushless motor that matches torque and RPM to the application. Makita's 18Vx2 technology provides a cordless solution for the jobsite, eliminating the noise and fumes of petrol alternatives, whilst providing heavy duty performance.

The DCE090 is equipped with numerous safety features, with Active Feedback sensors which automatically shut down the tool in the event of kickback, as well as an electric brake and soft start, minimisingrisk whilst operating the tool and ensuring the safety of the user.
