At Felix Stocks Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Store is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Please review store return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Wrong item(s) delivered
Item(s) does not match your order description
Item(s) was damaged during shipping
Item(s) is not functioning or has a manufacturing defect
Any verified manufacturing fault
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 85 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible.
Evidence Requirements:
All return requests must include real and clear photographs and an unboxing video that clearly show the issue and the condition of the product and packaging.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Item must be returned using a trackable courier service. Customers must choose a reputable courier that provides a tracking number. Return shipping costs will be covered by store for eligible returns after store receive the item. Please retain the receipt and tracking number, and email it to returns@felixstocks.com.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier. Store will take clear, detailed photographs and an unboxing video to document the condition of the returned item(s) upon receipt. Store is not liable for items lost before item(s) arrive at store warehouse or for items damaged during return shipping.
Inspection Process:
Once received, the product will be inspected by store team to validate the return claim based on submitted evidence.
Approved Returns:
If approved, store will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Buyer's Remorse:
If you change your mind about your purchase, exchanges may be allowed. However, return shipping and refund processing costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Invalid Return Conditions:
Returns will not be accepted if the item is:
Damaged due to misuse or not following instructions
Incorrectly installed or assembled
Used with incompatible power sources
Modified or tampered with
Returned without evidence or outside the return window
Restocking Fee:
Store do not charge a restocking fee for valid returns.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received and verified.
Cancellation Period:
Orders can be canceled only before shipped. Once the order has left store warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
Post-Shipment:
If the order has been shipped, please follow the return process instead.
Refund Timeline:
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.

Example: Cancellation - #451 - John Doe
You may request your order to be placed on hold if it has not yet been shipped.
Eligibility: Only unshipped orders are eligible
Reason: For updates, changes, or adjustments requested by the customer
Hold Duration: Orders may be held for a maximum of 5 business days
If no confirmation is received within this time frame, the order will proceed as originally placed

Subject Line: Hold - [Order ID] - [Customer Name]
Example: Hold - #451 - John Doe
